Once again, Rotary Club of Ascot (RCA) has brought new Young Chefs to the eye of the local populace. On 16th January, the Rotary Club of Ascot held another successful Young Chef competition at LVS Ascot. The support of LVS and judges chef Adam Fisher and sous chef Goncalo Canto (both from Pennyhill Park) set the scene for a great competition. As usual, the young chefs were very impressive and the winner was Esther Hine from Easthampstead Park and runner up Francesca Attard from LVS. Esther now goes forward to the Rotary District (about the size of the Thames valley) final in Newbury next month.
