Most of us recognise the benefits that a website can offer for business....
But, while many marketeers and business consultants are evangelising about the benefits, of websites for small businesses, I have encountered some concerns or lack of understanding about how these benefits are realised.  The Royal Borough Mayor’s Charity Ball on Saturday 13 March at Ascot Racecourse, is to be a royal occasion, with the news that HRH The Duke of Edinburgh has kindly agreed to be the guest of honour.
Mayor Cllr Jesse Grey said: “I am absolutely thrilled that The Duke has accepted my invitation to attend. The ball already promised to be a highlight of my year of office but this news is the icing on the cake. I feel sure that The Duke and indeed everyone attending will be delighted with the evening’s programme and that we will raise a considerable amount for the five charities to benefit from the proceeds of the evening.”
Half of the ball’s proceeds will be donated to the Bobby Moore Fund for Cancer Research and the remaining 50% will be shared between Thames Valley Hospicecare, WAMDSAD, the Alexander Devine Children’s Cancer Trust and Help for Heroes.
