The pavilion in the Jubilee Recreation Ground, off Goaters Road, off Fernbank Road, North Ascot, is available for hire from Winkfield Parish Council. The pavilion offers a good size meeting/party room. a small kitchen and changing room, with plenty of easy parking and a children's playground outside. Call 01344 885110.

Carnation Hall, Chavey Down Road, Winkfield, is an ideal venue for weddings, conferences, sales, club meetings, weddings, keep fit, charity sales parties and keep fit. Carnation Hall is situated in its own grounds. There are three rooms at Carnation Hall,  Main Hall Lounge Meeting Room, which may be hired separately or in any combination. It is a well-maintained, fully soundproofed facility including a PA sound system with hearing loops for the hard of hearing in the Main Hall and Lounge and a fully sprung wooden dance/sports floor. Staging is available.  The hall and grounds are the venue for the annual May Day Fete and Parish COuncil meetings are held here. There is a well equipped children's playground and a large car park. The Charlotte Pratt Memorial Hall, in Chavey Down Road, Winkfield, is available to hire, for community groups, parties, private functions, WI groups, dog training classes exercise classes, children's activities and meetings. The Hall is a registered charity, run by voluntary trustees and a voluntary management committee. It has a separate kitchen and meeting room and the main hall has a stage. Cheapside Village Hall, just over a mile from Ascot,  is a pleasant, sunny hall, recently refurbished, with a large hall and a kitchen and its own car park. It is home to a pre school, horticultural society, yoga classes exercise groups, childrens performance classes. It benefits from a thriving committee which organises barbecues, quizzes and village social events.  The village hall committee meets on the second Tuesday of the month at 8.15pm. The Cordes Hall in Sunninghill High Street is available for community hire. It is used for the Quince Players' performances, dance classes, children's groups, rug sales and private functions. The Coronation Memorial Institute (CMI) on Church Road, Sunningdale (located opposite the Church)  SL5 0NJ, hosts a very wide range of community activities, including Mums and Toddler groups, art classes, music classes, coffee mornings, aerobics and pilates classes, through to youth groups and Alive and Kicking meetings for the active retired to name but a few!

King Edwards Hall, King Edwards Road, North Ascot, is available to hire for children’s parties, meetings, keep-fit etc at very reasonable rates. The hall is home to toddler groups, line dancing, brownies, a horticultural society, All Saints Church activitiesand children's dance. There is a kitchen and a dedicated car park. Call the bookings secretary on 01344 883535. Attached to the rear of King Edward's Hall is the Chapel of St Mary and St John. This has been rebuilt a couple of times as the regular congregation increased and is now a very modern open plan structure with a lovely contemporary stained glass window by Caroline Loveys.

The Martins Heron and Warren Community Centre, is next to Martins Heron Tesco and is  base for Berkshire Ballroom dancing, bollywood dancing, ballet classes, a nursery school, a Ostomates Group and much more. It is adjacent to the huge Tesco car park and Martins Heron railway station. There are also committee and meeting rooms. North Ascot Community Centre, Fernbank Road has a large hall with a kitchen and an adjacent free car park . It is used for meetings, parties, as a polling station , for exhibitions, arobics, dance classes, a toddler grouip and by the weekly North Ascot Drop In.

Popel's Hall (SL4 4SQ), situated near St Mary’s Church, Winkfield, is an ideal venue for small parties.
The available space measures 10m by 6m; tables and chairs will be set out if required. There is a kitchen with a limited amount of crockery and cutlery.
The hall costs £15 an hour. A discount is available for regular bookings. Payment must be received no less than 5 working days prior to the event.
The hall is available all day most weekends plus weekdays and evenings in school holidays.

South Ascot Church Hall in Church Road, South Ascot has several rooms, full kitchen and toilet facilities and a large hall, available for hire.  Parking is available on site. It is used for nearby All Souls Church groups, a ballet school, badminton, exercise classes, children's activities, the South Ascot Children's Centre, WeightWatchers, public meetings and parties.
