On Monday 12th December, the Learning Support Centre at  Charters School in Sunningdale  at Charters School, which supports students with special educational needs to ensure that they are fully integrated into school life, threw a Christmas party for the students who benefit from the hub. The party was organised by the dedicated staff who are specially trained to administer medical and emotional support.

Housed in a specially adapted wing of the school, the Centre was decorated with festive garlands and a Christmas tree which was kindly donated by Longacres garden centre in Bagshot.

Mrs Maria Kennedy, Head of Charters’ LSC said, “We thought we’d get into the Christmas spirit early as one of our students is leaving to have important surgery and we wanted to wish him well and a speedy recovery. There was food aplenty, Christmas music and fun had by all! A perfect way to get ready for the holidays.”
