Like many schools during the current pandemic, Charters School in Sunningdale has developed new ways of remote and blended learning to ensure that its students are able to continue their education from their home environment.

There is a proportion of students, however, for whom the impact of the Covid-19 Lockdown will have a detrimental effect. The school is doing everything it can, but has launched a funding campaign to enable it to do more.

Funds can be donated by either following this link: https://bit.ly/39u2f8q or by using the QR code:

Funds raised through this campaign will be used to support disadvantaged students throughout the school during these incredibly challenging times and the school has already received over £5,000 from generous parents and alumni.

Headteacher, Mr John Fletcher, said ‘Our local community has come together to help us support students who face challenges accessing a remote curriculum.  The pandemic has highlighted the disparity between those who can access education remotely and this fund is helping us to reduce this impact and support individuals and families.  Any support you can give is very much appreciated by the school and the individuals it supports.’
