On Monday the 28th May Ashford and St Peter’s Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust were delighted to welcome Cllr Chaudhri to the Trust’s Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) to present his Mayor’s Charity cheque. Which he raised during his term as mayor totaling an amazing £6.300 presented to our Little Roo Neonatal Fund that supports, babies, parents and staff on NICU.
Cllr Iftikhar Chaudhri said: “It is an absolute honor and privilege to be handing these cheques over to such a wonderful and worthy cause.”
Mandy Woodford, Little Roo Ambassador and Deputy Sister on NICU added: “This is such an amazing achievement and I am thrilled to receive these cheques on behalf of Little Roo.”
