Miss Deborah Coombes, our Duke of Edinburgh Coordinator and Mrs Sue Derrick, Deputy Headteacher, said that the school were proud and delighted to be able to acknowledge the hard work, commitment and good humour of the students in completing their expeditions; the Duke of Edinburgh supervisors had 'raved' about them!   Congratulations to them all on their much deserved success.’

Miss Deborah Coombes also said, “The students this year have been brilliant. As well as completing their expeditions successfully, they have spent up to 6 months volunteering, developing a skill and carrying out physical activities. They have risen to the challenge of the Duke of Edinburgh Award and they should be very proud of what they have achieved.”
