Massage Therapeia uses Holistic Massage Therapy techniques including Deep Tissue Massage, Therapeutic Stretching, and Soft Tissue and Trigger Point Release.
The focus is on prevention rather than cure with individual treatment plans that can be followed day by day to improve wellbeing and posture.
