The Boardroom

The Boardroom is the perfect place to hold key private meetings undisturbed by the rest of the building, with your own waiting staff to serve tea and coffee as well as lunch, this is the perfect place to make important decisions while being attended to by the highest of standards. The Boardroom can hold up to 16 people, as well as having free wifi access and the use of our 75″ TV, which is perfect for presentations.

The Orangery

The Orangery is our largest room here at Windlesham Golf Club, with floor to ceiling glass doors overlooking the 1st tee and patio accompanied by skylights the Orangery is a bright and welcoming room, making it the perfect venue for large conferences or company lunches or dinners. The Orangery has the ability to be set up in many different ways, with a capacity of up to 120 people it is the perfect setting for your summer or winter conference.

The Lutine Suite

The Lutine Suite is our second largest room, with its own private bar and balcony overlooking the golf course, this is the perfect place for larger meetings or team building days. This room has the versatility to be set up in a number of ways to cater to your every need, from theatre style seating to round tables or even a large boardroom style arrangement. The Lutine Suite has the capacity to hold up to 50 people, making it the perfect setting for that quarterly conference, with enough room to serve a buffet style lunch in the same area. With free wifi access and a 66″ TV and surround sound speakers the suite promotes itself as an excellent room for medium size functions.
