The Brownlow Hall, more formally known as the Brownlow Memorial Hall, is a traditional village hall which has

been beautifully modernised and is available to hire for all types of occasion and activity, large and small.

The Brownlow Hall has four rooms which can be hired separately or as a whole (subject to availability);

the Main Hall, Blue Room, Green Room and Library.

There is also a well-equipped kitchen which hirers can use, and the Rose Room which is a reception area to

the rear of the building. There is plenty of parking on site.

Carnation Hall, Chavey Down Road, Winkfield, is an ideal venue for weddings, conferences, sales, club meetings, weddings, keep fit, charity sales parties and keep fit. Carnation Hall is situated in its own grounds. There are three rooms at Carnation Hall, Main Hall Lounge Meeting Room, which may be hired separately or in any combination. It is a well-maintained, fully soundproofed facility including a PA sound system with hearing loops for the hard of hearing in the Main Hall and Lounge and a fully sprung wooden dance/sports floor. Staging is available. The hall and grounds are the venue for the annual May Day Fete and Parish Council meetings are held here. There is a well equipped children's playground and a large car park. The Charlotte Pratt Memorial Hall, in Chavey Down Road, Winkfield, is available to hire, for community groups, parties, private functions, WI groups, dog training classes exercise classes, children's activities and meetings. The Hall is a registered charity, run by voluntary trustees and a voluntary management committee. It has a separate kitchen and meeting room and the main hall has a stage. Cheapside Village Hall, just over a mile from Ascot, is a pleasant, sunny hall, recently refurbished, with a large hall with large kitchen and car park. It is home to a pre-school, horticultural society, yoga classes, Keep Fit & children's performance classes. The committee organises barbecues, quizzes and village social events. The village hall committee meets every month.

The Cordes Hall in Sunninghill High Street is available for community hire. It is used for the Quince Players' performances, dance classes, children's groups, rug sales and private functions. Cumberland Lodge is pleased to offer its magnificent facilities to hire for residential and non-residential events, such as conferences, meetings, away days, professional development courses, retreats and special events. This distinctive, 17th century former royal residence is located in the heart of Windsor Great Park and noted for its for historic rooms, excellent food, modern conferencing facilities and exceptional quality of service.

Organisations of all shapes and sizes use Cumberland Lodge for events throughout the year, including government bodies, the NHS, universities and the Inns of Court, businesses, charities, societies and associations.
