Kate started practising yoga regularly in 2015 with a mission to become more flexible and discovered years of built up tension in her muscles starting to release along with a life changing positive impact on her mental health, self esteem and self worth. The lessons and teachings she has learnt through the practise of yoga has helped  in all areas of her life, especially motherhood. 

​Kate's classes are light-hearted, easy going and all about making you feel more confident, trusting your intuition and reconnecting to your breath.
