What is Pilates?

Pilates is a form of exercise designed to improve posture, core strength, mobilisation and flexibility. It links movement with breath, focuses on body alignment, and teaches you coordination, concentration & control of the body.  Allow the soothing music to relax you and leave the class feeling rejuvenated and toned.  Luxury mats and Pilates blocks are provided, which are sanitised before and after, however you are encouraged to buy your own ball and band to minimise sharing.  Small friendly groups with numbers restricted for your safety.
