What is Pilates?

Pilates is a form of exercise designed to improve posture, core strength, mobilisation and flexibility. It links movement with breath, focuses on body alignment, and teaches you coordination, concentration & control of the body.  Allow the soothing music to relax you and leave the class feeling rejuvenated and toned.  Luxury mats and Pilates blocks are provided, which are sanitised before and after, however you are encouraged to buy your own ball and band to minimise sharing.  Small friendly groups with numbers restricted for your safety.

What is FitSteps?

Strictly Come Dancing’ dance stars Natalie Lowe and Ian Waite have teamed up with six time world champion swimmer Mark Foster, to produce a unique dance and fitness programme – ‘FitSteps’. FitSteps® is the first dance fusion of its kind which blends the elegant movements of Ballroom and the up-tempo pace of Latin dances, with a series of tried and tested fitness methods into a simple, easy to follow class that works, tones and sculpts the whole body. Just one 45-minute session can burn up to a staggering 700 calories! There is no step and you do not need a partner or dance experience.  Just bring yourself and some comfortable footwear (preferably trainers).  To find out more visit the official website
