There is an annual membership subscription of £23 which you can pay once you've decided you'd like to join us. You won't need to pay your £6 class fee the day you join, plus you get a name badge, magazine and the chance to attend other classes and social events all over the country.

Please wear loose, comfortable clothing suitable for exercise and bring a mat or rug for floorwork. We like to work barefoot, but it's fine to wear light trainers or flexible, non-slip, pumps.
