Vinyasa  Flow Yoga classes with Lucy are held at Cheapside Village Hall, Cheapsie Road , Cheapside near Ascot, on Saturday mornings, 9.45am to 10.45 am  and from 10.55am to 11.55am. Call Lucy on 07769 255250.
