HIITlates is a high / low intensity workout on Mondays 6 to 7pm at Ascot United Pavilion, off Winkfield Road, Ascot.  Classes - fat-blasting cardio + toning Pilates, for a total body slim down -  are taught by two experienced and fully qualified Pilates teachers. Join Parkinsons UK on Monday mornings at Sunningdale Village Hall, Church Road, Sunningdale,  to learn the theory and practice behind the Parkinson’s specific exercise programmes so you have all the skills you need for the future.

Classes run every Monday morning, with 11am – 11:45 dedicated to exercise followed by a chance for refreshments and information sharing.
