The Bracknell & District Citizens Advice Bureau Citizens Advice East Berkshire in partnership with Sunningdale Parish Council will be at the Parish Office at the Recreation Ground every Friday 9am to 3pm with a confidential outreach service.
Whoever you are, whatever the issue, this confidential service is being made available to help solve your problems.
Through free, impartial, confidential and independent advice and information, the service will ensure everyone is fully advised on their rights and responsibilities should they need the support.
For Families: we will answer questions on Universal Credit, support with health issues, your rights for school meals and travel, housing and a lot more …
For Individuals: we will answer your questions on debt management, claiming allowances – both means tested and available to all, routes into mental health support and consumer issues to name but a few …
For the elderly: we will support you and your families to find the right solutions in care, funding, the allowances you are entitled to, how to access disabled support services such as blue badge applications and for your families – help signposting them to the support they need to care for you …
Sunningdale Parish Council team will be supporting the confidential Citizens Advice trained outreach worker booking appointments and will not take part in any advice service.
“This has been a service which the parish council has worked to bring to Sunningdale since late 2018, therefore to see this outreach provision in partnership with Citizens Advice East Berkshire commencing on Friday 6th May is a great pleasure for the parish council and for me.” says Cllr Anne-Catherine
