The Lexicon BRACKNELL  is delighted to welcome a new and exciting furniture and home furnishing store PLUSH, which will be opening its first store, in prime position at The Lexicon, on the corner of The Avenue and Braccan Walk.

This brand new venture will offer a wide range of home interior products, carefully sourced from market leading brands, offered at very affordable prices.

Expecting to open its doors in October, Plush, will create nine new jobs and is actively seeking applications for a variety of sales, merchandise and stockroom roles*.

“It was so important for us to get the location of our first and flagship store right,” says Christopher Thomas, chief executive at Plush. “A combination of the design of the fabulous glass fronted store and The Lexicon’s discerning customers, made Bracknell town centre the perfect choice.”

In addition to on trend larger pieces of furniture such as sofas and beds, Plush will also have a wide range of soft furnishings and home accessorises, to transform every room.

Rob Morris, general manager at The Lexicon says: “We are delighted that Plush has chosen to open its first store at The Lexicon.  It offers something different to our existing retail mix and I’m sure will become a popular addition to the town centre.”

Also coming to The Avenue, is Yi Fang, serving its popular range of traditional fruit and tapioca pearl bubble drinks, made with natural ingredients.  Yi Fang will open in the central store previously occupied by Patisserie Valerie, before the year end.

Gadget repair specialist, FoneWorld will also be opening its doors in Braccan Walk later in the year.  The store will offer overhaul and fix services for a wide range of electronic devices including phones, tablets and laptops.

Cllr Marc Brunel-Walker, executive member of economic development and regeneration says: “It’s great to see The Lexicon continuing to attract investment from new and exciting retailers. Plush will add something different to the town centre and I’m sure will prove a popular shopping spot for our visitors. With the exciting additions of Gail’s bakery and Kokoro, the town centre has lots going on!”
