His Highness Sheikh Hamad Al Thani was presented with a gift following the G1 St James’s Palace Stakes, thanking him and his family for 10 years of support for Royal Ascot through QIPCO Holding.
Sir Francis Brooke, Her Majesty’s Representative at Ascot, presented a bronze of Roaring Lion on behalf of the Ascot Authority and all at Ascot Racecourse.
The bronze captures the moment Roaring Lion won the G1 Queen Elizabeth II Stakes on QIPCO British Champions Day at Ascot in 2018, a hugely significant success for Sheikh Hamad, his family and the whole Qatar Racing team.
