Royal Ascot :: Fashion Guide Ahead of Royal Ascot, one of Britain’s most iconic summer racing events, Ascot Racecourse has this week unveiled its Royal Ascot Millinery Collective and Style Guide as a window display at Ticket Office East. The space showcases the 2015 Royal Ascot Style Guide which highlights how to dress appropriately for the Royal Meeting.
ROYAL ASCOT and millinery go hand-in-hand and to celebrate this synergy, the window features individual pieces from some of the UK’s most iconic and world renowned hat designers, including Stephen Jones, William Chambers, Rachel Trevor Morgan, Piers Atkinson and Noel Stewart to name but a few. Displayed on a number of plinths in different heights and shapes, are some of this year’s most unique and stunning headwear pieces.
The unveiling of the window display consisted of a fashion photo shoot with four Dress Code assistants, dressed in Hobbs for the occasion, wearing hats by local milliner Ilda De Vico.
