Approx 70 members including former committee members and founder members were present. Jacquie Lovell the Chairman gave an excellent report and was voted in for a further term as was the vice Chairman Colin Yates.  Adrian Hoare once again was elected Tresaurer and Ruth Timbrell Secretary. Tracey Green Newsletter editor. the remaining committee voted in en bloc.  On display was an exhibition of local material  by Ruth Timbrell includingl billheads of village traders, outings, parties, Ascot Priory and many photographs.  Among the maps displayed was the 1890/5 map of the Great Western Railway which was planned to run from the Great Western Station in  Windsor to Ascot. This involved compulsory purchase of property and land and it is quite possible that bearing in mind how long this would take the Great War would have stopped all such enterprises, although some work did start in Winkfield at the rear of Locks Ride.   The evening ending with a cheese and wine party.
