Sunningdale Baptist church is an evangelical family church that has had a meeting & worship place in the village since 1828. This is now The Hope Centre, and comprises Christians from a range of backgrounds and age groups. We desire to be faithful to God in our daily lives, and diligent in helping others also discover Jesus Christ as Lord, Saviour and Friend.

The Hope Centre is devoted to God as a place of prayer, welcome, friendship and teaching, and to helping people experience restoration of God’s order and purpose for their lives.  It is situated in the High Street in the old village of Sunningdale (SL5 0NG), and includes the Baptist Chapel which has been a meeting place and outreach base for Christians for over 180 years. The Hope Centre building complex has recently been refurbished and extended in preparation for the next season of God’s unfolding plan.

Apart from the regular 10:30AM Sunday Worship Service (incl. refreshments), the Baptist church community is involved in a wide range of activities including Prayer (for our community and nation, for the persecuted church, for Israel and for the nations), The Kitchen (providing meals and friendship to all who come), Toddler Group, Quilting Group, afternoon worship at Lynwood Retirement Home, Bible studies, and a number of social events and Community Projects (as the need arises).
