A Nurture Group, run by Children Centre Staff and Health Staff takes place on Thursdays at All Souls Church Hall, Church Road, South Ascot from 1.30pm - 3.00pm. For babies from new born up to 12months old.

B-Fit is currently working online offering Pilates and women’s health cardio and strength classes
Bernice midwife, personal trainer and pilates teacher, offers 30 minute only classes via zoom. These include pregnancy, postnatal and core Pilates as well as cardio and strength from pregnancy to beyond menopause. Individual or packages option that includes recorded classes too. Free trial class if you quote Ascot Matters.
South Ascot Stay and Play for children aged 0 to 4yrs old, run by Children's Centre staff, runs on Mondays at All Souls Church Hall, Church Road, South Ascot from 10am to 11.30am. Storytime - run by Library Services - follows at 11am.

Creative Little Footsteps Preschool offers down to earth learning through play. Big enough to spark imagination and independence, small enough to support your child on their journey. We welcome children from 2-5 years.
Each day we offer a different aspect of learning ensuring never ending fun.
Monday, we enjoy yoga sessions in the morning and afternoon
Tuesday, we enjoy Toddler Praise, in the afternoon we go out for an adventure in the local woods.
Wednesday, we enjoy our local park. In the afternoon we enjoy a forest school session.
Thursday, we enjoy a forest school session, in the afternoon we bake yummy cakes and tarts.
Friday, we learn a range of dancing techniques in our Mini Movers sessions.
Our opening hours are 8:45 – 11:45 morning session, 11:45 – 12:15 lunch club, 12:30 – 3:30 afternoon session.

The Health Visiting Team run a drop in, weighing session on a Tuesday For ALL Mums/Dads in the Area who use the Baby Weigh In:
All Souls Church Hall , Church Road , South Ascot , SL5 9DP , Tuesdays: 13:30 – 15:00
There are sometimes 1 and sometimes 2 of us ladies from the Breastfeeding Network who run the breastfeeding support group alongside the Health visitor weigh in session. You don’t need to weigh your baby to see us you can just pop along, we are usually set up in a corner.
Unfortunatly the Windsor, Ascot and Maidenhead drop-ins have had to be suspended due to the Corona Covid 19 crisis. Should you require breastfeeding support please contact the National Breastfeeding Helpline, 0300 100 0212, available 9:30am - 9:30pm.
