Pilates classes are run by Rebecca Colledge's Pilates4Life in Sunningdale and Winkfield Row, near AscotRebecca, a physiotherapist with APPI Pilates Certification (Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute), runs Beginner, Improver and Intermediate/Advanced classes on Thursday evenings and all day Friday at the Village Hall, Church Road, Sunningdale and on Wednesday evenings at the Carnation Hall, Winkfield Row.
Classes suitable for all ages and for most medical conditions.
