Art Course at Jagz| Tuesdays
A new , ten - week art course, run by well - known local artist, Aurora Spain, starts back at Jagz, Station Hill, Ascot, 
Berkshire, SL5 9EG, in January 2012, on Tuesdays 10.30am - 1.30pm. This is a great opportunity for those who enjoy painting or want to learn. The classes are aimed at all abilities from beginners to those who have been practising their art for some time.

On Tuesday the 17th January at 10.30, when we will be exploring portraiture in the form of paintings of performing musicians. We will be covering good composition, good colour harmony and a dramatic approach.

Ascot Artists Network meets on the first Saturday of the month, 10.30 am - 2.30 pm, at All Saints Church Hall, London Road, Ascot , sharing ideas and inspiration with other local artists, enthusing over the latest discoveries, sharing food and fun.
Rendezvous Renoirs-Adult-Art-Classes
Rendezvous Renoirs, art classes for adults, who meet at the Coronation Memorial Institute in Church Road, Sunningdale, help you discover and develop the artist within, at creative painting course, on Thursdays, 10.30am -1pm. Tutor, Aurora Spain, guides you through colour, materials, design techniques, composition, balance and much more. There will also be a class outing. . Art classes start again at the CMI Building, Church Road, Sunningdale: on Thursday 19th January at 10.30am, when we will be depicting the energies around the 2012 Olympic year. You will be able to create paintings expressing your personal feelings and/or excitement about this historic event.
Hoping to see all my old regulars and some new faces! All abilities welcome. These classes are about fun and sociability as well as learning and achievement.
Sunningdale Art Society
Sunningdale Art Society meets at 7.45pm on the 2nd Thursday of the month, at the Elvian Suite at the Licensed Victuallers School, London Road. Members enjoy demonstrations by very interesting artists, workshops and outings. Annual membership costs £15. Visitors are welcome (£3 per evening). Exhibitions are held Spring and Autumn.
