Ascot Artists Network meets on the first Saturday of the month, 10.30 am - 2.30 pm, at All Saints Church Hall, London Road, Ascot , sharing ideas and inspiration with other local artists, enthusing over the latest discoveries, sharing food and fun.

Ceramics for Fun is at the CMI, Church Road, Sunningdale, on Friday afternoons. Five - eight year-olds can now discover the fun of ceramic painting from 3.30 - 4.15pm, with 9 - 12 year-olds following at 4.30 - 5.30pm. Chobham High Street is once again to have its own Art Gallery. Elaine Coles the owner of the Old Barclay's Bank property in the High Street and local potter has bought together a talented group of local artists to form a co-operative. There will be changing exhibitions every fortnight giving the gallery a new look these will include, paintings, ceramics, sculpture, textiles, jewellery etc., The artists will be running their own exhibitions and there will be a chance to meet and talk to the artists. Some of our artist’s are keen to promote art in the community and will be putting on workshops and talks for the local community.

The gallery will be hosting a party on Thursday 30th April to celebrate the launch and the Rt. Hon. Michael Gove MP will be attending the opening.

Bank Gallery will open its doors to the public on Saturday 2nd May with a group exhibition, giving you a 'taste of what's to come'. The group exhibition will run for 5 weeks and will be followed with 5 of our members participating in Surrey Open Studios.

Rendezvous Renoirs, art classes for adults, who meet at  the Coronation Memorial Institute in Church Road, Sunningdale, help you discover and develop the artist within, at creative painting course, on Thursdays, 10.30am -1pm. Tutor, Aurora Spain, guides you through colour, materials, design techniques, composition, balance and much more. There will also be a class outing.  There is also an opportunity to join one of Aurora's painting holidays at a lovely venue in Catalonia (no experience necessary).  Sunningdale Art Society meets at 7.45pm on the 2nd Thursday of the month, at the Elvian Suite at the Licensed Victuallers School, London Road.  Members enjoy demonstrations by very interesting artists, workshops and outings.
