Beginners Yoga - if you are looking to experience Yoga for the first time, or maybe it's been a long time since you last unrolled your mat, come and join this gentle class
which is tailored to suit those present on the day. This class is also suitable if you have an injury or condition that may be inappropriate for a traditional Hatha Yoga
Time: 11 a.m. - 12 noon every Thursday
Yin Yoga - this is a slow, meditative style of yoga, whereby seated postures are held for several minutes, enabling muscular tension to release and then working deeper
into the connective tissue. It makes a great complementary practice to go along with a more dynamic Hatha style of yoga
Time: 10.45 - 12 noon every Wednesday
Private classes in the comfort of your own home, or at my private yoga studio in Sunningdale may also be arranged.
