Pilates classes in Sunningdale and Winkfield Row
Rebecca, an APPI Certified Pilates Instructor (Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute), runs Beginner, Improver and Intermediate/Advanced classes on Thursday evenings and all day Friday at the CMI Sunningdale and on Wednesday evenings at the Carnation Hall, Winkfield Row.
Classes suitable for all ages and for most medical conditions.
Beginners Classes starting in January 2011 on a Wednesday evening 8.30pm at the Carnation Hall, Winkfield Row and a Friday afternoon 2pm at the CMI Sunningdale. Suitable for those with no or limited pilates experience.
