What is Pilates? | Pilates is a form of exercise designed to improve posture, core strength, mobilisation and flexibility. It links movement with breath, focuses on body alignment, and teaches you coordination, concentration & control of the body.  Allow the soothing music to relax you and leave the class feeling rejuvenated and toned.

Cost: Introductory offer to your first class FREE.  Prices and booking systems vary depending on the venue.  Small friendly groups with numbers restricted to a maximum of 10 or 12 per class for your safety.  Luxury mats and Pilates equipment provided; balls, bands and blocks.
