Ascot Blues Softball Club | 2013 Season
The 2013 softball season gets underway in May, and Ascot Blues Softball Club started their pre-season training last weekend at their home ground of Locks Ride, North Ascot.
The Club has two teams playing in the Windsor & Maidenhead League, and last season finished fifth and sixth in the First and Second Divisions
New players are welcome to join the Club: men and women, aged 16+, of all abilities. Training is held on Sundays from 3 to 5pm at Locks Ride Recreation Ground. The season starts the first week of May, when training switches to Mondays from 6.30pm and matches take place Tuesday or Thursday evenings.

All Souls Church of England- South Ascot
All Souls' Church, South Ascot is situated in All Souls' Road, between Oliver Road and Victoria Road on the west side. Each Sunday (except the 1st in the month) at 10.30 am there is a Parish Eucharist with Sunday School. On the 1st Sundays, however, there is a said communion service at 9.00 am and All Souls' Praise at 10.30 am, the latter being a lively all age praise service. Revd Stephen Johnsonl became vicar of this church and St Michael's, Sunninghill in July. All are welcome at our services. Soccer School starting in September 2012: From September 2012, the Ascot United Soccer School will be moving from Saturday to Sunday mornings at the Racecourse from 10 - 11.30am. As well as taking children who are under the age of 6 at 1st September 2012 for the first time, they will also be taking an under 5 group (ie boys and girls under age 5, but over age 4 as at 1st September 2012.
There are great facilities for players who are coached by a committed team of young qualified coaches led by Neil Richards who has run the Soccer School for the last 6 years. And we haven't forgotten mum and dad who can go inside our new clubhouse with catering, free wifi, Sky TV etc.
There is unlimited parking , a safe secure site and ideal place to start learning how to play the beautiful game.

Our aims are to:
- have fun,
- make friends,
- help with the transition from primary to senior school, and
- provide encouragement to being a young Christian.
Club nights are usually be held on the first Sunday in the month from 5 - 6.30pm, at St Martin's Church Hall, Church Road, Chavey Down . Activities include table tennis, pool, table football, board games, darts, quizzes and challenges, crafts and refreshments.
