Ascot Station improvement works: The joint developers of Ascot Business Park, Salmon Harvester Properties and Raspin Properties Ltd are delighted to confirm that after much delay the upgrade of the southern entrance to Ascot station is finally due to commence on 7th March. This will complete improvements to the area around the entrance to Ascot Business Park.

Born into a family of musicians in 1975, Clive has been immersed in a diverse range of music ever since. His father made him his first banjo in 1977 and a few years later he was playing in the family band. At 9 he started to play the guitar and a few years later he joined a Soul group and several orchestras. In 1998, he gained a 1st Class Honours Degree in Composition & Guitar from Trinity College, London and whilst there he was also awarded a Prize to record Rodrigo's 'Concierto de Aranjuez' with the Trinity orchestra, the John Halford Prize for Composition (1994), Gladys Puttick Memorial Prize for Extemporisation (‘94,’98), Ivor Mairants Guitar Award (1997), Montagu Cleeve Prize for Guitar (1998) and the Essex Young Musician of the Year (1999).

Five worthy causes will benefit from a high profile special occasion in the borough next March when the Mayor, Cllr Jesse Grey, will host his Charity Ball at The Pavilion, Ascot Racecourse.
The Charity Ball will be held on Saturday 13 March (7pm – 1am) and will feature dinner, dancing and entertainment with a special auction for sensational prizes. Half of the evening’s proceeds will be donated to the Bobby Moore Fund and the remaining 50% will be shared between Thames Valley Hospicecare, WAMDSAD, the Alexander Devine Children’s Cancer Trust and Help for Heroes.
The black tie event promises to be one of the highlights of early spring and tickets are already on sale to give local people and corporate businesses the opportunity to book their places for a top flight evening’s entertainment.

Family tickets only available in advance. A fun day out for pre-school children, come with your Pre-school, Nursery, Parent and Toddler group or with friends. The following attractions are FREE - farm animal's area, bouncy castle, swing boats, circus workshops, puppet shows and little kickers sessions. There will be a small charge for face painting.
