Winkfield Parish People Awards

Winkfield Parish Council is seeking  nominations for the 2009 Parish People Awards, to reward people who live in the Parish and deserve recognition for community activity , environmental achievements or, in some other way, contributing to the life of the Parish. The emphasis is on  practical application of ideas and on schemes which have produced positive results in improving the local environment or quality of life. The categories are - Individuals and Organisations/Voluntary Groups/Schools etc. Nominations for the Awards must be in by March 27. The Awards will be made  at the Annual Parish Meeting on April 28.
