Cut and Cook classes Hidden in the depths of Berkshire, as the sun goes down, Nigel and his team set to work to teach an eager team of ladies and gents just how to butcher a cut of meat and create a delicious delight to wow friends and family over the dining table. Over a glass of wine, the phenomenally successful experiences take you through the lifecycle and the origins of the meat, to butchering the meat down into the various cuts before culminating in the creation of culinary delight fit for any King or Queen.
Clients spring from South Ascot well fed with parcels of newly tied cuts of meat tucked under their arms, a superior knowledge of butchery and cookery to relight in the comfort of their own home, a knife and apron to reckon any professionals and a unique story to tell the next day in the office.

Drawing together the expertise of Vanilla Parties, Vanilla Deli and Lewis of Sunnningdale these experiences really do allow you to take the art of butchery and good cooking into your home.
