The Ascot Volunteer Burea (AVB), which matches volunteer drivers with people who need lifts to medical (and similar) appointments, has a new website. Visit

The AVB drivers, who are all CRB checked, provide an invaluable service to people who do not have their own transport and are ineligible for NHS transport. Expenses are paid.
