New Power Plate at Charters Leisure Centre

Charters Leisure Centre has just had a new Power plate fitness machine delivered for their BodyZone Gym. These machines are designed to reduce cellulite and body fat, improve muscle tone and skin quality and detoxify.

The gym will also benefit from 2 X-bikes which are specially designed bikes liked to interactive computer screens allowing the user to ride through a range of courses and settings whilst recording progress. These bikes accurately stimulates the experience of riding outdoors and are a fantastic way of enhancing total body fitness.
