Local Children Have Got Talent !

The girls pictured (right) certainly have plenty to smile about as they are just some of the pupils of the Natalie Vinson School of Dance and Drama who have recently passed their RAD Dance and LAMDA Drama exams this year.

Over 230 exams have been taken with an extraordinary 94% being awarded either Distinction or Merit. Girls and boys were entered in all age groups, ranging from entry level to grade 8.  Miss Natalie, principal of the school, said “I am extremely proud of the students achievements this year and they should be congratulated on their hard work. A further 30 Pupils will be taking Jazz and Tap exams in July and we wish them all the best.”

It has been a busy year for Miss Natalie, her staff and students. As well as their multiple exam success, pupils participated in the Berkshire Schools Dance Gala at the Wilde Theatre and took practical and written exams in Dance GCSE. Congratulations also to Emily Lang who gained a place with the prestigious National Youth Theatre (NYT)

The school teaches a wide range of classes including Ballet, Tap, Drama, Street Jazz and Musical Theatre. Classes operate in the Ascot area, with a large majority held at the Marist School in Sunninghill.
