RBWM iscurrently undertaking a ‘call for sites’ process from Monday 25th February to Friday 29th March 2019 to for all types of sites, but in particular:

Sites promoted previously should be resubmitted to confirm their availability, including any appropriate additional information. If the availability of sites is not reconfirmed, sites may not be included within the Council’s most up to date land supply as recorded in the 2019 HELAA.

You are invited to use the Council’s ‘call for sites’ proforma to promote sites. This should also include sites with current planning permission. 

Proformas, accompanying site plans and any supporting documents must be received by 5pm Friday 29 March 2019. Please return the relevant documents to:

Note that indicating the availability of a piece of land to the Council does not change the status of the land. Furthermore, inclusion of a site within the Housing and Economic Land Availability Assessment is not an endorsement by the Council that the site is necessarily needed or suitable for development.
