Executive Chef Adam Smith of Restaurant Coworth Park has been awarded a Michelin Star by The Michelin Guide Great Britain & Ireland, 2018.
- Michelin’s Guide for Great Britain & Ireland 2018 awarded executive chef Adam Smith his first Michelin star for “the accomplished, classically-based cooking.”

Coworth Park, Dorchester Collection’s luxury country house hotel and spa is delighted to announce that executive chef Adam Smith of Restaurant Coworth Park has been awarded a Michelin Star.
Adam is considered one of the UK’s most talented chefs, described as ‘one to watch’ by chef Michel Roux senior. In 2012 he was awarded Observer Food Monthly Young Chef of the Year and won the Roux Scholarship, and as part of this prize was given the opportunity to work under chef Yanick Alleno at Le Meurice, Paris, part of Dorchester Collection. In 2015 Adam was made Craft Guild of Chefs Restaurant Chef of the Year.
