NEW LETTINGS FOR THE LEXICON | The Lexicon is delighted to announce that Bill’s, Patisserie Valerie and L’Occitane will be coming to the town centre when it opens in September 2017.  

In addition, popular jewellers Ernest Jones has committed to 2260 sq ft store, substantially increasing its floor space in the town centre.

Stylish coffee shop, Patisserie Valerie, will move into a 600 sq ft shop at the entrance to the new Avenue car park in between the Fenwick and M&S stores, offering quality cakes and patisserie, continental breakfasts, lunches, the finest teas and coffees.  Its international reputation has been built on the quality of products which are hand made using artisan craft bakery skills, fresh ingredients and traditional baking methods.

Bill’s, the restaurant chain, named after its founder former greengrocer Bill Collison, will be taking 4000 sq ft on Braccan Walk.  Known for its seasonal dishes and relaxing atmosphere, Bill’s is a glorious celebration of food serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and everything in-between.

Renowned beauty brand L’Occitane, will be taking a 900 sq ft store on The Avenue.  L’Occitane brings the magic of Provence captured in unique skincare, bodycare products and fragrances made from the finest and most effective traditional ingredients. Inspired by the famous art de vivre of Provence, L’Occitane products are rich in active natural ingredients and beautifully scented.

Simon Russian, development manager for Legal & General on behalf of Bracknell Regeneration Partnership, says: “These latest lettings demonstrate the ongoing interest in The Lexicon.  Over the coming weeks we will be announcing more retailers and other food and lifestyle occupiers in the run-up to the September opening.”

Victor Nicholls, assistant chief executive at Bracknell Forest Council says: "The line-up of shops and restaurants due to open in September at The Lexicon is really growing.
