50 Years and going stronger than ever…Beverley Williams Celebrates Half Century in the Business | Who’d have thought that even before England won the World Cup Beverley had started what was going to be a life long career. Now 50 years on and with his own established Estate Agency, he took the opportunity to celebrate with his current team with Dinner at Cliveden House and a good time was had by all, with a few sore heads the next day.
Starting his career at Chancellors, Sunningdale mid 1965, Beverley was promoted to run their new Lightwater office, his success continued as he ran a second office. Subsequently Beverley was made a partner and in 1987 the firm was sold to Hogg Robinson and Beverley decided to realise his dream and start his own Estate Agent Business. Supported by many clients he had helped over the years the business flourished and in 1991 Beverley Williams & Associates became the first Estate Agent in Sunninghill, in offices he still occupies today.
As you would expect with such experience the business now provides a comprehensive services with property sales ranging from £200,000 to £4 million+ and rentals from £750pm to £10,000+pm, add to this a large portfolio of block managements and you will understand why Beverley is busier now than ever.
The first property Beverley sold cost, £8500, and now it’s worth in excess of £1.5million.
As a local resident and businessman Beverley has been increasingly involved with local charities and events and continues to support the community in which he works and lives. He is an active member of Ascot Rotary Club and an Executive Committee Member of the Benefactors of the Ascot Day Centre. Past Chairman of the Ascot Trade Association & past President of the Windsor District Chamber of Commerce.
As enthusiastic as ever, he is looking forward to the next decade of his career and would like to extend his thanks to all his loyal and wonderful vendors and tenants who he has had the privilege of meeting over the years.
