Three talented boys from Papplewick School in Ascot are involved in acting roles in the next few months. | Baxter Westby, aged 11, has been filming for two episodes of the BBC’s Casualty series, in which he plays a young Charlie Fairhead, for a two-part August Bank Holiday special.  Charlie Fairhead is a senior charge nurse and is the longest-serving cast member of Casualty.

Baxter’s mother, Sarah Westby, said: “Baxter had a thoroughly fabulous time and was extremely comfortable in that environment, sometimes with 60 people or so watching!”

Meanwhile Monty Johnstone McLaren-Clark, aged ten, was filming for Avengers: Age of Ultron, currently on at cinemas around the country. Monty has a scene in which he gets saved by Ironman!

Finally, Rupert Cunningham-Day, aged seven, has been asked to act in a BBC adaptation of Jekell and Hyde, involving a day’s filming.

Papplewick headmaster Tom Bunbury said:  “We’re very proud of our acting trio, who have managed extremely well to fit their filming around their busy school life.”
